These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HiPixel mobile application ("HiPixel", "the App").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Use of the App

HiPixel provides tools for creating, editing, and generating content, including AI-processed images and media.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted by law.

You must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws when using the App.

2. User-Generated and AI-Generated Content

The App allows you to upload, create, and process content using:

• camera input

• photo library content

• AI-based processing features

2.1 Ownership

You retain full rights and ownership over:

• content you upload

• content generated using the App's tools and AI features

We do not claim ownership of user or AI-generated content.

2.2 Storage

User-generated content may be temporarily stored anonymously on our servers for up to 3 days to enable processing and functionality.

Because the content is stored anonymously, early deletion requests cannot be fulfilled.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the App to create, upload, or distribute:

• pornographic or sexually explicit content

• violent or graphic content

• hate speech or discriminatory content

• content that infringes copyrights or trademarks

• illegal or harmful content

• content intended for harassment, defamation, or abuse

• content that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate usage for violations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

HiPixel offers:

• Free usage with limited features

• Paid subscriptions

  • Weekly subscription

  • Yearly subscription with free trial

Payment is processed through the Apple App Store.

4.1 Trials

The yearly subscription may include a free trial period.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.

4.2 Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the App Store settings.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively through Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. No Account Requirement

HiPixel does not require account registration.
You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your device

• preventing unauthorized access to the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including:

• performance

• availability

• accuracy

• fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee that:

• the App will operate without interruption

• content generated will meet your expectations

• data will always be stored or retrievable

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App

• misuse of generated content by users

• loss or deletion of data

• unauthorized access to your device or content

You are solely responsible for how you use the content produced by the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for:

• violation of these Terms

• illegal or abusive use

• technical or security reasons

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Türkiye.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The updated version will include a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
