HiPixel allows users to create and process content, including:

This content may be uploaded to our servers or third-party processing services for functionality.

1.3 Camera and Photo Library Access

The App requests access to:

This access is used solely for allowing users to capture or select media for editing. We do not access or upload media without user action.

• Process user-generated content

• Enable subscription functionality

We do not use personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Retention

• Anonymous user-generated content that is uploaded or processed is stored on our servers for up to 3 days

• After this period, it is automatically deleted

We do not associate this content with personal identities.

Device identifiers and technical data may be retained for operational purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share data with:

• Advertisers

• Business partners

• Marketing companies

However, to operate the App, we share necessary data with:

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers

• Supabase – storage and backend services

• Adapty – subscription and purchase management

• Appsflyer – attribution and analytics

These providers may process technical data or user-generated content as required to provide the service.

5. AI and External Processing

Some user-generated content may be sent to third-party processing services to generate results or features within the App.

We ensure that content is handled anonymously and deleted within the defined retention period.

6. No Account Creation

HiPixel does not require users to create an account.
We do not collect:

• Names

• Email addresses

• Phone numbers

• Login credentials

7. Legal Basis (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, we process data based on:

• Performance of a contract (providing the App)

• Legitimate interest (improving functionality and security)

• User consent (camera/photo access, content upload)

8. CCPA Rights (California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Request disclosure of collected data

• Request deletion of stored data

• Opt out of data sale (we do not sell data)

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

HiPixel is not intended for users under 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect data, including:
